Upcoming Live Sessions

Below are upcoming virtual 2-hour sessions I'll be hosting covering common challenges that high-performing women face in work and life in general. My clients learn to tackle these challenges with ease by embodying and applying their unique CliftonStrengths combinations. Please check the topics you’d like to hear more about. You'll receive an email with details when the sessions are scheduled.

Many senior professionals — directors, VPs, and executives — are very good at a lot of things. That’s often why they end up carrying far more than they should. This session is not about prioritizing better or getting more disciplined. We’ll look at your unique talent profile to understand why certain responsibilities keep pulling you in, even when you’re intentional and organized — and identify what you should be doing more of to enjoy your work and life, and what you need to start shedding.
Burnout doesn’t always show up as exhaustion or the inability to function. In this session, we’ll look at how your natural talents — when overused or left unchecked — can create a quieter form of burnout that often goes unrecognized. You’ll learn how to spot where this is happening for you and what needs to change so your talents stop draining you and start supporting you again.
Have you ever held back your thinking because others didn’t see what you were seeing — or you knew they’d get lost if you said it out loud? This session is for people who naturally think in patterns, systems, and future implications, but have learned to edit themselves to avoid friction. We’ll look at how and why your mind arrives at big-picture insights so quickly — and how to translate that thinking in a way others can actually follow, without diluting your ideas or your authority.
If traditional productivity systems actually worked for you, you wouldn’t still feel behind at the end of the day. In this session, we won’t add new hacks or rules. We’ll look at your natural patterns of thought, feeling, and behavior — and how ignoring those patterns is what makes most systems collapse. You’ll learn how to structure your days around what actually puts you into a state of flow, so momentum builds naturally and productivity stops feeling forced.
Paradoxically, the work you’re best at — the work that feels natural, even easy — is often the work you’re most likely to question. In this session, we’ll unpack why impostor feelings tend to show up precisely where your strengths are strongest, what impostor syndrome actually is (and isn’t), and why ease often gets mistaken for a lack of value. You’ll learn how to stop discounting your work simply because it doesn’t feel hard, and how to recognize when effort is a poor measure of impact. And if your work doesn’t feel easy at all, that’s worth examining too — which is exactly why this session will be incredibly useful.
